GLOW IN THE DARK – RIDE & WÖRKOUT ★

 

Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine. I like to get my morphine to survive life.

When I have major changes going on in my life, or I'm just frustrated from work, people or even about where I am, it’s easy to get trapped in a cycle of depression, bad moods and frustration. But when I'm facing a particularly hard time, I head to the gym in order that my stress disappears.

 

To stay healthy, train yourself to be the sculptor of your moods and remember that adults should do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity every week. 

It appears that any form of exercise can help depression and cycling is a perfect example of a moderate exercise.

 

I ended last week with a "Glow in the dark - Ride + Wörkout" at Urban Ride. We drove 30 minutes spinning and then 30 minutes workout.

Hahahaha I felt pretty shaky in my legs as that was 3rd workout in row. But afterwards we were invited to pumpkin soup, good cold drink, protein bars and healthy sweets. Yum Yum!

 

Now I start my week with my batteries fully charged.

KISSES & FLOWERS FOR BETTER MOOD

 
Lately I have been working extra hours on different projects. I felt so tired on many days that I wanted to skip my gym. 

They say: "A kiss a day can keep the doctor away."

Kissing is intimate. It gets to the core of your heart and spirit because it's such a lovely way to express and receive love and affection.

We live in a hard world, sometimes it is extra difficult to survive being a human being. We all face that bad day and sometimes we that bad day which lasts for several years. We struggle, we succeed or we fail. We lose jobs, love, money, even friends. 

Then come that moment when everything seems cloaked in the dark. 

 
 

I thought of what I usually do when I feel under stress. I usually think that first things first, I make sure to eat, I go to the gym and exercise the stress out.

Exercise causes a release of endorphins and I love the feelings of joy after a workout.  

 

One other thing I do when I'm stressed, I shop flowers. Specific colors can invigorate, harmonize and relax me. Flowers create a different mood and causes an immediate effect on the energy.

Yes flowers are a wonderful way to bring color and positive energy into your life.

A Day To Remember

 

Hallo world! Hope you’re having a great week so far. I have been working non stop for weeks but finally starting to get everything under control. So worth it. 

Haha, you should see the chaos of clothes that’s going on on our bedroom floor right now. I have no time to make any laundry!! But at least I get the chance to discover my hidden clothes in the closet now! 

Finally I'm blogging again and I’m back on my regular workout routine again.

 

I wake up early in the morning feeling That I can give much more energy for the rest of the day.

Today I decided not to work any extra hours and dispose my evening for other fun stuff, lazy stuff or must-do’s instead. 

Today is a day to remember indeed!

Today I will DREAM, full moon, a pink sky and a glass of wine. Just to feel relaxed and happy! Tomorrow is another day.
