Transformation Tuesday

 

Tuesday, here we go with another busy day and it still freaking cold out here.

I just finished my cycling session at the Urban Ride with Fashionablefit. OHH YEAH I burn it all the way in #mycalvins.

Metabolism tends to slow with age because simply we become less active and have more fat BUT I learned that metabolism is the product of our activity levels so if you keep moving it will increase. 

Metabolism doesn't go back to be slow the moment you stop exercising so don't be harsh on yourself.
