Lately I found happiness when I grab hold of the handlebar of bicycle and hit the road.
It is no secret that riding torches calories, tones your legs and it is easier on your joints than running.
It all started when I started cycling with the Urban Ride indoors and now I'm cycling also outdoors.
When I feel anxious, I get panic attacks which are not fun. I found that riding takes my mind away even if it is for 45 min. It boosts my mood and strength my positive thoughts.
